The Post That Will Follow…
I want to give you a heads up here, and explain things, because the blog post (actually, a vlog) that will follow tomorrow has some pretty strict guidelines.
So, to explain things… I am entering a vlog into a contest to win a trip to NYC to go to the BlogHer’10 conference. I’ve been bustin’ booty on the vlog, starting with testing out the video capturing that I posted on this teaser, all the way down to bribing my kids with goodies to get them to cooperate with it. (That’s solid parenting, right there.)
The guidelines say that I have only a minute to do the vlog, that I give the company props, and do a couple of other things to be eligible for the contest.
I wanted to let you know what’s going on and the purpose behind the video, because I don’t know if I’d be disqualified for writing all of this on the contest entry post.
Okies… I think that sums it up.
I have two more things to do before I post it. One of them involves shooting part of the video (can you believe I got all “camera ready” and the darn thing died on me?) and the other is editing. I will be posting tomorrow, though, because the deadline is Tuesday!
